Warrior is a standout male with impeccable genetics.  His sire is Jolimont Warrior, an incredible huacaya male that sold a few years ago for A$185,000 and won Supreme Champion at Sydney, Melbourne and the Australian National shows. Jolimont Warrior is by Jolimont Conquistador, sire of over 270 registered progeny in Australia and New Zealand.
Warrior's dam is Blue Grass Elle Dorado out of Purrumbete Vanilla and Vanilla was sired by Purrumbete Ledgers Dream. Purrumbete Vanilla is one of those rare females that has produced a string of champions including Blue Grass Leading Lady, Blue Grass Cushla, Blue Grass Bolinger, Blue Grass Centurion and Warralinga-Gorge Showdown. She's "that good" that several pages of the Summer 2003 Alpacas Australia magazine are devoted to her.
Southern Warrior stands proud, just like his illustrious father, and commands a real presence in the show ring. He has excellent conformation, density and a bold, well defined, crimp that is consistent throughout his fleece.
