| Somerset Peruvian Challenge |
Sourced in 1996 from the Rural Alianza herd, Challenge is an excellent light- fawn male, who continues to prove his worth year after year. He is famed for his fine soft-handling fleece, and this characteristic is being passed on to his progeny. His 25-micron fleece at 12 years of age is impressive, especially on the protein rich grasses of the Waikato. Challenge has over 150 progeny on the ground, and many of them are show winners.
Challenge is available for matings at N.Z. Alpacas (near Cambridge) or mobile matings on your own farm. Contact Chris Leach for more information on this excellent male.
