Paramour arrived from Australia in 2002 and now has a number of cria on the ground. He is a densely fleeced, pure blue-black huacaya, and is a “real looker”. His sire is eight-time Australian Grand Champion, Kingston Park Paragon. He has a wonderfully laid-back, obliging temperament and superb conformation. His last fleece tested at 25.8 microns with a CV of 21.5%.
Paramour's offspring have won numerous ribbons at most of the North Island shows. In particular, his cria have done very well in the sire's progeny classes.
